'Pix-illume' is short for pixel illumination.
Digital Photography is the art of creating an image or picture through the use of a digital camera. A digital image is made up of millions of pixels, created by recording light (or illumination) onto a digital sensor. After many long name generation sessions it was agreed that Pixel Illumination or 'Pixillume' was a fitting name for our Digital Photography business.
